When are you going to open?
I am pleased to announce that Cordial & Grace will be opening in November 2011, once we have finished transforming the premises. An exact date of opening will be posted to this website in the next couple of weeks. (September 2011)
What if I need to cancel my place on a workshop?
You may cancel your place on a workshop up to 7 days in advance and an 80% refund will be provided (allowing for admin costs), please contact us on 0117 970 6259 to arrange this. When there are less than 7 days to go I'm afraid it won't be possible to refund your booking but please contact us if you would like to rearrange or send a friend in your place. If we at Cordial & Grace have any cause to cancel your workshop a full refund or exchange will be provided. (July 2011 - updated March 2012)
